Tanay is an Associate in the Sports, Entertainment and Intellectual Property team at Krida Legal. He holds a B.Com. LL.B. (Hons.) with a specialisation in Intellectual Property Law and has gained experience across a range of sports and entertainment establishments through internships undertaken during law school.
His work encompasses a broad range of matters, including football-related disputes, anti-doping proceedings, personality rights protection, and the drafting of notices, responses and regulatory documentation for sports federations and other stakeholders in the sports ecosystem.
Tanay has a keen interest in sports dispute resolution and is particularly passionate about issues relating to clean sport and the development of the sporting landscape in India. Outside of work, he is an avid sports enthusiast with a keen interest in football, cricket and tennis, and brings the values of discipline, teamwork and dedication to his professional practice.
