Pujaarchana Talukdar is a dynamic and dedicated first-generation lawyer, currently serving as a Senior Associate at Krida Legal. She specializes in Sports and Gaming Law, aligning her professional pursuits with her lifelong passion for athletics.
An alumna of Gauhati University, Assam, Pujaarchana graduated in 2020 with a BBA LLB(Hons.) in Crime and Criminology, earning First Class First position across the University in her cohort.
She advises leading stakeholders in the sports, gaming, and entertainment sectors on corporate structuring, regulatory strategy, and commercial transactions. She helps businesses navigate India’s complex regulatory frameworks for gaming and sports operations, with a focus on joint ventures, cross-border investments, IP licensing, and celebrity endorsements. Her work includes advising on the launch of innovative gaming platforms, structuring strategic partnerships, and providing regulatory risk assessments under FEMA, GST, and FDI laws.
Pujaarchana has previously also pursued dispute resolution, litigation and advised organizations on matters related to the Prevention of Sexual Harassment (POSH), underscoring her commitment to fostering safe and equitable workplaces.
