Kartikeya Prasad is a Managing Associate at Krida Legal, leading the Sports, Entertainment, and Intellectual Property (IP) team. He holds a B.A. LL.B. (Hons.) from GNLU (2017) and an LL.M. in IP Laws from QMUL, London (2018).
As team lead, Kartikeya guides client work across the team's diverse practice areas. His expertise spans the full IP lifecycle, including strategic advice, prosecution, enforcement, litigation management, and transactions for clients in sectors like med-tech, gaming, and crypto. In Sports Law, he advises organizations on policy and commercial matters, drafts key agreements, and has experience developing frameworks for sports-tech ventures.
Kartikeya's practice also covers Technology, Media, Gaming, and Digital Law, advising on emerging areas like NFTs, crypto, and the metaverse, alongside drafting platform policies and industry-specific agreements. His background includes a secondment at Zee Entertainment Enterprises Limited.
When he's not focused on law, Kartikeya delves into the world of tech, digital privacy, and open-source software, alongside following his passion for football.
