Divyansh is a member of the Gaming Team at Krida Legal, advising clients on gaming laws, commercial transactions, technology laws, intellectual property, and regulatory matters. He has prior experience in the real-money gaming industry, where he worked closely with a prominent Indian gaming company on its day-to-day legal operations. His experience included advising on and assisting with media and intellectual property agreements, marketing arrangements, AI and legal-tech matters, employment and HR-related matters, commercial contracts, and various other legal issues arising in the company’s operations. This experience has given him a practical understanding of the legal, commercial, and operational considerations involved in running and scaling a gaming business in India.
Divyansh has a particular interest in the evolving intersection of law, gaming, technology, and digital products, and enjoys engaging with the legal and regulatory questions emerging from these rapidly developing sectors.
Away from work, Divyansh is an avid reader of fiction and hosts a book club whenever his schedule permits. A lifelong sports enthusiast, he is a passionate Chelsea FC supporter and a former state-level cricketer, and continues to find his way back to the cricket field whenever possible.
