With over three years of experience at Krida Legal, Achyuth has extensive experience representing over 50 athletes in anti-doping cases at national and international forums, achieving a commendable success rate in reducing periods of ineligibility. He has been actively involved in handling complex matters at the Court of Arbitration for Sport (CAS), further strengthening the firm’s international sports litigation practice. He also provides strategic advisory, consultancy, and regulatory services to various gaming, gambling, and lottery entities.
Achyuth also played a pivotal role in drafting the updated constitution for the All-India Football Federation (AIFF) following a legal challenge regarding the body's regulatory framework. His expertise also extends to policy-related work, including drafting tentative legislations, and internal policies for corporate clients.
He holds an MSc in Sports Business and Management from the University of Liverpool, where he graduated with Distinction and conducted extensive research on data ownership in English football for his Master’s dissertation. He completed his dual degree in Business Administration and Law (BBA LL.B.) from National Law University, Jodhpur, specializing in Intellectual Property Rights.
Beyond his legal practice, Achyuth is a passionate sports enthusiast. Having captained his high school and university football teams, he has also served as a football coach and holds certifications from the England FA in talent identification and coaching. He is also a prolific sports analyst, having authored over 700 articles on basketball and football for major digital platforms.
