Isha Tyagi is an alumnus of Symbiosis International University and has been practicing Litigation since 2016. Her practice at the Firm is focused on dispute resolution relating to civil, commercial andsports litigation and arbitration. Before Joining Krida Legal, she was associated with leading boutique law firms in India. Her experience of being involved in litigation concerning the various spectrum of law include IPR and Protection of Sexual Harassment of Women at the workplace. She regularly appears before Courts and tribunals across India and is significantly involved in social welfare, being an active member of the Internal Complaint’s Committee of various organizations and has been regularly taking sessions at various institutions/organization in relation to awareness on sexual harassment issues at workplace. She has also authored various articles, which are published in leading legal journals and magazines. Stretching her horizons from the law, Isha has been trained in classical dance form - Kathak and has won several awards and accolades for her dance performances.
