P Jacob Ninan is a professional lawyer and an ardent football fanatic who works in the Sports and Gaming Law team here at Krida Legal. He graduated from the National University of Advanced Legal Studies, Kochi in 2021 with his alma matter being Vidyodaya School, Kochi.
He has experience in the field of IPR and has further insights into the interconnection between IPR and Sports & Gaming. He also has considerable research experience in matters such as the difference between Game of Skill vs Game of Chance and General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Additionally, he has gained experience in the drafting the necessary during a Trademark Application process.
He was an Centre Back at his University team and further supports Manchester United and Kerala Blasters. He closely follows Football, Formula 1, UFC, NBA, Cricket and Boxing.
