Kartikeya Prasad is a qualified lawyer who works in the IP Team at Krida Legal, while also assisting the Sports and Gaming teams in various matters. He is a registered advocate with the Bar Council of Delhi. He graduated from Gujarat National Law University, Gandhinagar in 2017, and subsequently obtained his LLM degree in 2018 from Queen Mary University of London, London in Intellectual Property Laws.
At Krida Legal, he has been managing the IP portfolios of various clients, while also drafting and filing forms and applications for new trademark applications, notice of opposition, affidavits etc. He has helped national as well as international clients in preparing their IP strategies, as well as transactions related to their IP portfolios. Along with IP laws, he has been actively working on Sports and Gaming matters at the firm. He has also authored various detailed legal opinions on emerging sectors like Crypto and Online Gaming.
Kartikeya is a sports and tech enthusiast and is an ardent follower of FC Barcelona. If not drafting the next agreement for an international federation of poker or gaming, he can be found lounging and reading about the latest tech developments or 18th Century battle tactics.
