Arunima is an ambitious and passionate lawyer with a specialisation in Corporate and Commercial Law. She has completed her Master of Laws (LLM) in International Business and Commercial Law from the University of Manchester, United Kingdom in 2020.
During her time in Manchester, Arunima has gained significant knowledge in International Arbitration and Mediation Law, Transnational corporate and capital markets Law, Intellectual Property Law, and International Investment Law, which has given her an in-depth understanding of the law in these fields on a multi-jurisdictional basis.
She has previously worked as an associate where she has developed a substantial experience in sports and media, pharmaceutical and intellectual property through several international agreements and has also been majorly involved in transaction documentation work. She has assisted in governance of national sports federations and worked on doping related cases of international athletes.
At Krida Legal, Arunima advises professional athletes and organisations on issues around corporate, commercial and sports law at national and international sports federations, management companies and national sport associations. With a plethora of knowledge of corporate and commercial law, she has led negotiations and advised on various international and domestic cricket leagues, domestic football clubs, international gaming companies as well as several celebrities and public figures.
Arunima is a sports and fitness enthusiast herself and loves to volunteer for community services. She ardently follows football and supports Manchester United.
